I'm thrilled to be able to write a final review about Philosophy Adventures. When I joined the Launch Team for this New Curriculum I was a bit afraid. Because just like I posted a few months ago I was never a History Enthusiast and this was my 1st time to participate in a Launch Team. But, the Team and Stacy Farrell are such a wonderful group of Homeschool Moms and they made this experience Fun and Memorable.
Philosophy Adventure™ is a program designed to help students 6th-12th grade cultivate and defend a biblical worldview by teaching them how to write skillfully, think critically, and speak articulately as they explore the history of philosophy. Thankfully it works for any of us that might have slept through History in High School too!
A few things I LOVED about this Program:
1. The Amazing Resources included. The timelines, maps and flash cards allow the material to sink in and make Philosophy come to life.
2. Everything is color coded and easy to use, Major Plus for Me!!! So, even someone new to Homeschooling could figure out how to navigate their way.
3. It covers so many areas in Our Homeschool. It takes care of History, Geography, Speaking Skills, Vocabulary, Logic, Critical Thinking and Advanced Writing.
4. Not only is it affordable, but it's Quality was beyond what I was even hoping for. It's like opening a door to what you think is your local Walmart, but instead you realize your walking through Bloomingdales! :)
